June 2008, Mayor Ardell Brede will host the 23rd Mayors Cup Balloon Race in Rochester Minnesota during the week long city celebration of Rochesterfest . Watch the sky fill with color as Balloons fly mornings and evenings and light up the night during Moon Glows.
The Mayors Cup is a spectator favorite during the last weekend of Rochesterfest.
