This competition in the city Velikie Luki (Pscov Region), where Russian contemporary ballooning was born, is the second most important event for Russian pilots. Every year several tens of pilots from Russia and foreign countries take part in it. More than 140 pilots took part in this competitions for the last 12 years. In the framework of the Meet will be held the following sporting events:

The 2nd Princess Olga Cup
The 1st Cup of Friendship
