Festival Description: The hot air balloons launch off the banks at Farmington Lake at 6:30am, Saturday and Sunday.
The famous Splash n’ Dash and Hare N’ Hound races occur both days. A shuttle is available to spectators to take from the parking lot down to the balloons, There they can walk through launch sites and see the balloons up close.
